Cassie grew up in Western Washington where much of her time was spent in hospitals and speech therapy. She was diagnosed at birth with profound sensorineural bilateral hearing loss. She wears a cochlear implant which enables her to hear almost as well as anyone else. She was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 5 years old. It was an important time to be near medical professionals, but deep down she had a passion for horses and longed to live in the country. She enjoyed spending time with her Aunt and Uncle, Steve and Laurie Donohue, on their family ranch, Donohue Quarter horses in Fruitland. Her dream for the country came true when her family moved to Elk, Washington in 2020. As soon as she discovered MP EH she determined she would love to work there one day. She happily accepted a position in fall of 2024. Working at MP EH is an amazing blessing to her and has opened the opportunity to pursue working with Gods majestic creatures! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with horses, her family, snowboarding, and leather crafting.
